In 2008, Pratyush joined Tech Mahindra and managed a variety of portfolio projects for them while also handling core recruiting, including vendor management, referral programs, process integration, and niche talent acquisition for COE. He was also in charge of Resourcing & Mobility's payout team. He headed offshore hiring for the US and Europe.
At Fulcrum Worldwide, he was the Associate General Manager/Global Head Talent Acquisition and Vendor Management Group. He worked as the recruitment head for India and APAC at BMC Software. He also served as the director of recruitment for India and APAC at Druva Software.
At Deutsche Bank, he was the head of resourcing operations (India and APAC) through Allegis Global Solution. He was handling all three entities of Deutsche Bank (DB), DBAG, DBC, and DBOI. These entities include technologies, analytics, risk, finance, the front office, and operations through Allegis Global Solutions. During this time, he improvised the technology hiring evaluation by quantifying the quality standards. He introduced a better governance model and quality checks to streamline the hiring process. Currently, he is working as the Vice President of Global Recruitment at IKS Health. Here, he has owned the partner alignment program and redefined the entire vendor management process. He is also developing in-house recruiting practices in the US and UK
